How Business Help UK Group began

Audrey’s business journey began while working within one of the UK’s largest accountancy franchise practices in Central London. During that time, friends and business owners regularly approached her outside working hours seeking guidance on financial and business matters.

What initially appeared to be informal support quickly revealed to her a wider problem within the industry. Many business owners felt unable to ask their accountants questions freely, or struggled to understand overly technical explanations.

After seeing this first-hand, Audrey decided to build a firm where clients could ask questions openly and receive advice in plain English, rather than accountancy jargon that many business owners struggle to understand.

Founded in 2005, Business Help UK Group has grown into a respected accountancy and business advisory practice with offices in Romford, Essex and Chatham, Kent, supporting a wide range of clients all over the UK.
