Compliance is the starting point, not the destination
We help entrepreneurs achieve the financial freedom they started their businesses for — by bridging the gap between earning well and building real, lasting wealth through structure, strategy and tax efficiency.

What we do differently
Most accountancy firms are built around compliance: the accounts, the returns, the submissions, the deadlines. That work matters, and we do it properly. But it looks backwards, and on its own it has never made anybody wealthy.
Many business owners work exceptionally hard and earn well, yet still find that little of it turns into lasting security. That is rarely because they lack intelligence or effort. It is because no one has shown them how to structure, protect and grow what they earn.
We do not just do compliance. We create strategy.
Our work is built around a simple sequence. Profit becomes assets. Assets become security. Security becomes freedom. Moving a business deliberately along that path — rather than leaving it to chance — is what we mean by wealth strategy.
- Keep more of what you earn
- Protect what you build
- Reinvest with intention
- Convert profit into assets
- Think in decades rather than tax years
How the firm began
Our founder, Audrey Jurkoniene, started out within one of the UK’s largest accountancy franchise practices in Central London. Friends and business owners kept approaching her outside working hours for guidance.
What looked like informal help revealed a wider problem. Many business owners felt unable to ask their accountants questions freely, or struggled to understand overly technical explanations.
So in February 2005 she built a firm where clients could ask anything and get an answer in plain English rather than accountancy jargon. Those values still decide how we work.
We help entrepreneurs move from confusion to clarity.

Who we help
We will happily help a start-up. But the clients we serve best are established business owners who need strategic thinking, not only compliance support:
- Established entrepreneurs running profitable businesses
- Business owners paying more tax than necessary
- Entrepreneurs with surplus profit and no clear reinvestment plan
- Clients interested in SPVs, holding companies and property structuring
- Owners who want to protect earnings and create generational wealth
- Directors and high earners seeking clarity, control and long-term planning
The problems we solve
Five issues come up again and again. Each one quietly costs money for as long as it goes unaddressed.
| The problem | What it feels like | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Tax leakage | Paying more tax than necessary through outdated or weak structures | Design tax-efficient structures and profit-extraction strategies |
| Lack of structure | Confusion between SPVs, holding companies and trading entities | Create a clear, compliant business and investment architecture |
| Unused profits | Money sits in the business with no wealth-building plan | Map routes from profit to reinvestment and asset growth |
| Risk exposure | Assets and earnings are not properly protected | Use structuring and planning to improve protection and control |
| Legacy gap | No plan for passing wealth to the next generation | Build long-term, tax-efficient generational wealth strategies |
How we work
Done for you
Accounts, tax returns, VAT, bookkeeping, payroll, company formations and compliance support. The work that has to be right, done properly and on time.
Done with you
Strategic planning, clarity sessions, structure mapping, and tax and reinvestment planning. This is where most of the value sits, and it is the part a year-end set of accounts cannot give you.
Education-led support
Practical guidance and plain-English explanations, with a structured education platform in development covering VAT, capital gains tax, Making Tax Digital, business structuring and property fundamentals.
Entrepreneurs rarely struggle through a lack of intelligence. They struggle because the system is complex and fragmented. When the pieces are explained clearly and shown to fit together, confidence replaces uncertainty — which is why we would rather teach you how something works than have you take it on trust.
What we stand for
Six things decide how we behave, particularly when it would be easier not to.
- Authenticity. No pretence and no hype. We would rather tell you something unwelcome than something comfortable.
- Resilience. Business brings setbacks. What separates people is rarely whether they fall, but whether they get back up.
- People before paperwork. When a client is genuinely struggling, the person comes before the invoice.
- Integrity. Doing the right thing when nobody is watching. Tax planning is lawful efficiency, never evasion.
- Respect. Extended to clients and owed to our team without exception.
- Continuous learning. Question ideas, challenge assumptions, and never assume authority equals accuracy.
Real impact is helping families build wealth they can pass on with confidence.
