Companies House Forms

The Companies House forms our clients need most often. Each code links to the current version on GOV.UK.

Before you file on paper

Filing deadlinesLate filing penalties are automatic

Companies House penalties escalate quickly and are not discretionary. Accounts are due within nine months of your year end, and a confirmation statement annually. Companies House compliance is separate from HMRC — both have to be maintained.
